The USDA says these are the leanest cuts:

    • Eye of round roast and steak.
    • Round tip roast and steak.
    • Top round roast and steak.
    • Bottom round roast and steak.
    • Top sirloin steak.
    • Top loin steak.
    • Chuck shoulder and arm roasts.

But you should cut off all the fat as your slicing the small slices, you can make any cut work you just might have to spend more time removing fat. Grass fed beef will be better here, grain fed beef gets the intramuscular fat (marbling)

I would recommend only making a tiny bit of pemmican the first time, trying the taste, then deciding if you want to add salt, spices, etc. People say its a very acquired taste.

My major use case is earthquake/flood have to abandon my primary residence situations, I live in a very hot and tropical environment, water is everywhere just not clean.

    Those are great additions

    • Para cord
    • Radio (maybe baofang?)
    • Crank/Solar Power generator with USB
    • Fixed blade knife
    • multi-tool

    Ideas I got from https://youtu.be/VM_12ZMAtW0

    • Compass
    • Headlamp
    • Alcohol pens
    • Duct Tape folded into square
    • Local area map
    • gloves
    • grayl water filter (looks bulky)
    • condor prime 21 back (i think maybe a water proof backpack might be better for a gobag)

I’ve recently been made aware of the urgent need for a gobag in my life. The earthquakes in the news could happen near me

I was thinking a light weight bag by the front door

    • very light weight sandals
    • electrolytes
    • change of clothes
    • expandable water bottle
    • cash
    • copy of emergency contacts
    • copy of passport
    • face masks
    • water life straw or purification tablets
    • small emergency ration like pemmican
    • extra USB cables
    • hand crank USB charger?

This has to be light weight im afraid I’ll add so much it would slow me down if I have to climb down my building in an emergency

Make a new account, transfer the community to the new account, in your original account leave the mod team, in the new account purge the account

This will remove the communities from your account, and not leave them with a fake moderator, they will be clearly abandoned

  • Type 2 diabetes can be considered a form of carbohydrate intolerance. If you don’t eat dietary sugar, you don’t have elevated blood sugars (under most circumstances outside of very rare thyroid and glandular issues)

This is why ketogenic and zero carb diets can be used to treat (and in some cases) reverse type 2 diabetes.

A diet hat has no carbohydrates, will not spike blood glucose levels, and it will be (nearly) impossible to developed type 2 diabetes.

All of this is true, you can choose not to take me seriously, but the science is correct.
