Could you elaborate on the text render and smooth scroll tweaks? I’m always interested in toying around with this kind of stuff :D

Interesting. I use a 32" 1440p screen (100% scaling) and I prefer the smaller one. I always found scroll bars to be unnecessarily large (especially in drop downs) as I solely use then as a visual indicator.
I’m glad we have options so everyone can have their preferred size!
Yahoo is pretty big in Japan. They offer a service called Yahoo Auctions Japan that is pretty similar to ebay.
Thanks for the insight. Any alternative you recommend? I admit I haven’t been keeping up to date with my extension as of lately.
I like to use Privacy Badger. It’s the best tracker blocker I’ve found so far.
I’ve never really heard people talk about that Mad Max game. It was one of the first games I played on my then fresh pc built and remember being quite impressed with the graphics. It was also quite a fun game!
I agree. As much as I love seeing technical advancements, I’d be more impressed with more immersive games as a whole. For example: being able to access every building in a city or object interactions that have more dimensions than “I press a button and every atm in this world spits out money”. Object have more than one way to interact with them and it would be cool if you could, for instance, navigate said atm’s menu, it declining your card, paying out money, etc.
I’m more impressed that supercar with 3" ground clearance made it out if that container with a 10" ledge. Also I think the drunk-walk was exaggerated by them taking 10 seconds to walk 10ft lol
This might not be exactly what you’re looking for, but ages ago I got a little game called “Superflight”. I’ve rediscovered and played it a ton during the pandemic when my uni switched to homeschooling and my profs were figuring out how to hold lectures online lol
They already requested my ID a couple of years ago, because for some reason they classified some RDR2 channel I was watching to be 18+. I literally blacked out EVERYTHING besides my name and date of birth and they accepted it lol.
Is it just me or is half the stuff in this sale “coming soon”?
Unrelated to the topic, but wasn’t Titanfall 2 plagued by this one hacker that basically filled every lobby with bots to make the servers crash? I think I very recently heard about them resolving the issue and the player count surpassed the numbers at launch even.
You could create a burner account to be on the safe side. I believe there is a way to export the channels you’ve subscribed to and I port them to a new account. Haven’t tried that myself though yet.
I had to ‘fight’ at the beginning as well, but after eventually progressing and ultimately finishing the game I can tell you it was one if the, if not THE best experience I’ve ever had. To this day certain parts soundtrack of the soundtrack make me tear up when I listen to them.
That being said you really need to want to understand the game in order to complete it. I don’t think it’s a mindless experience that you can just have on while watching something else on a second monitor. If that sounds like a game that you might like I absolutely recommend sticking with it!
I remember my mother had a similar situation where she and a few coworkers complained about the headshots and they ultimately removed them.
It sucks that your friends upload pictures of you without consent. That’s not a nice thing to do…
There are two pictures I know of from my graduation, but unless you know where I stand in the group picture it’s literally impossible to spot me. My face is half-covered by someone else, which I was really upset about back then haha :D
Suddenly I’m very glad that I never uploaded any pictures of myself to any social media network ever.
Thank you for the explanation! I would however say it’s the exact opposite of how a racecar goes around a track, because they try to take the inside of corners rather than the outside.
Thanks a ton!
