I think having options is the best part of Linux. I’ve used XFCE for years, but if I ever get tired of it there are plenty of great options.

You are talking about an extremely extremely small percentage of addicts. The vast majority do not come from any situation you mentioned. I stand by what I said.

I believe the core of addiction is the culmination of many bad choices and no sense of personal responsibility. It’s something the addict did to themselves. They need to own it and not point fingers or try to justify.

This isn’t a popular opinion, and maybe my experience is vastly different from others, but during the pandemic I had to physically go to work. The ones that worked from home were not as effective as they were in person. I base this on the amount of extra work we did because they did not have to report.
