        I realize I’ve been modded and my comment deleted I won’t link again, but to your point about publications:

        Both websites have coupious references. Virta has over 13 published papers directly listed on their site from their own funded studies and research

        Diet doctor also has wikipedia style references for everything they say, literally listing sources and studies on every point.
