minus-square@jetAlink7•9 months agoNo swimming today, to many time conflicts. Got my teeth cleaned, only took 20 minutes. Fastest of my life. Scrape scrape scrape, polish, rinse… no problems, your teeth are good. Done The scraper was super loud, I can still hear ringing in my ears. Meeting friends from out of town, doing some fancy pants dinner. There goes my diet, lol

minus-square@jetAlink3•9 months agoI was able to get some swimming in. The dentist was so fast. Only four out of my normal six laps. But the pool is crowded today. Somebody’s doing a swimming lesson. So I don’t want to get in the way
