I’ve just become aware that this community has a new moderator! Congratulations to @ParabolicMotion@lemmy.world ! Moderating a community is a lot of thankless work, it’s great to see a volunteer step in.

    Seems they have deleted their account. No banned message at the instance level. They did get banned from Political Memes yesterday, maybe that’s why they deleted their account.

    Curiously they still exist on the sidebar, but because the user doesn’t exist I can’t link to the modlog.

        Yeah, lots of spicy can’t look away type content.

        I wonder if the account deletion was voluntary. The modlog only has a section for bans, not for when accounts get deleted from a server. I’ve been digging, and I can’t find the political meme post that caused that ban, so I wonder what happened
