If only there was research ongoing between the “eat right” advice the article gives and cancer rates…
The article even says young people following all of the advice or getting early cancer… Perhaps the advice is incorrect.
There is a demonstrated increased risk between insulin resistance and cancer (among other things), I believe something like 88% of western people have “not optimal” metabolic health, and it’s only rising. I suspect there is a major connection here
