I would sleep through my pillow being shifted or taken, my phone buzzing next to my ear/face, or being poked/slightly shaken, but I would wake up to loud laughing, yelling, smells, and ringtones.

That depends. Do you deep sleep all night? Or just through certain parts of the night? Like can someone wake you up reasonably after 20 mins? After ten hours?

So a phone alarm would wake you but not a phone on vibrate? Sounds pretty normal to me. I’d wake up to a vibrating phone unless it’s 4am my deepest sleep time, but I’m a light sleeper.

Most people also follow a curvy path of lighter and deeper sleep cycles through the night.

If you would sleep though a lift threatening event your a deep sleeper.

It just sounds like you have trained yourself to ignore alarms, pillows, poking.
