    I did not say that.

    The only way to fix what we started is to STOP BURNING FOSSIL FUELS. Full stop. That is the best way to reduce CO2. Once we have done that, then we can begin to spend the time and money on figuring out how to deal with the CO2 we already created.

    If the oil conglomerates are promoting carbon capture, which they are, that should be a giant red flag.

      Carbon capture is a fraud. It is an effort to justify continued use of fossil fuels. It is greenwashing and we should not be putting up with it.

      Well you certainly implied it space cowboy. Something about the words fraud and greenwashing suggested you think carbon capture won’t ever work.

      Stopping fossil fuel use will not fix what we started. Stopping will prevent further damage. Removing carbon may, eventually, fix what we started. So let’s not delay figuring out how to remove CO2 because you’re paranoid. Everyone already knows we need to stop new emissions asap.
