The screwfly eats the living flesh of livestock, pets, and people, and was one of the worst vermin in North America. Unfortunately, the Wall of Flesh has been weakening in the last decade or so.
I hope for a vaccine that can kill these bastards, or at least the parasites inside them. Plus an expanded Wall of Flesh.
