Tbf, I’ve watched women do exactly that. To be fair, often very small people, but that’s still in the neighborhood of 20 pounds or so. Plus whatever a more average female chest weighs. (I’m referring, of course, to various means of wearing a baby or young toddler.)

89 pounds is a fully grown person though. A small one, but still.
