Man who is so insecure about his body he has had plastic surgery, botox, hair fillers, and god knows what else… Thinks he is qualified to comment on what is alpha.

So I don’t get picked up on body shaming for this I just wanna say this isn’t about what your body is, be whoever you want to be even if that means changing yourself but don’t spread fucking alpha shit while clearly and demonstrably being such an insecure person and a hypocrite lacking self awareness.

All of these dweebs that spread “alpha” shit are either deeply insecure or sexual offenders that will force themselves on women if given the opportunity… Or both. If the word alpha comes out of the mouth of any dude for anything other than ridiculing the very idea then my immediate judgement is always going to be that this dude is extremely insecure about himself and fell into those topic circles trying to address his insecurities. It’s a mental health crisis among men and all of these people spread it further actively making themselves and others more insecure and more toxic about it.
