I honestly dont get using overhead light fixtures tho, like the moment someone “turns on the lights” for a room (that comes from the ceiling), I’m like eeeeeeeeek! Turn it off!
Why not lamps with shades to indirectly light? It easier on the eyes and its more “at ease” I find
