minus-squarejetOPAlinkfedilinkEnglisharrow-up1·2 days agoI agree, the first few weeks of lchf/carnivore ramping up the salt helps. I add salt to taste, but even if I dump in too much salt it still tastes good. I just get more thirsty and pee out the unneeded amount.
