In 2011, he was sentenced to seven years to life in prison in California for torture committed during a 1990 gang rape. Following beating his cell mate Michael Thomas Graham to death, he was sentenced to an additional 27 years for voluntary manslaughter. He is now serving 34 years to life.[2]
Why did he get sentenced 21 years after committing the act?I’ve read it (!) And his dna showes positive for the 1990 case when he was arrested for vandalism in 2008.
That fight with his cell mate should probably adjust be considered a win for his MMA career, tbh.
I read the article. That’s literally some of the most fucked up shit I’ve ever read. I think i need therapy now.
Meh, it’s one of the tamer stories I’ve read. This guy is worse. He got way too many second chances but still couldn’t help but fuck it all up.
Why will this only get a person into prison for 7 years.
