Two modifications I would recommend to her cooking style:

  • Swap out the cooking oil for real fat
  • Choose a shrimp, tamarind paste that is low carb

Ingredients:

  • salted eggs
  • diced pork (or beef)
  • cooking fat (she uses veggie oil, but I don’t recommend)
  • lettuce
  • fresh chilis
  • shrimp paste
  • tamarind paste
  • diced garlic
  • fish sauce
  • brown sugar (obviously you skip this on LCHF!)

Basically its a traditional dish to get rid of leftovers, so you can’t go wrong.
