    A nice day. A little overcast, but perfect to be outside and not get sunburned.

    Meditated a bit on a friend who is very depressed, who was threatening very dark things, I tried to talk him out of it, haven’t heard from them in a while. Just thinking about people, how do you keep your friends happy, but getting philosophical about what I can actually impact on somebody else. And how they think.

    Got my energy back from last week, I’m able to do my swimming without feeling slow, without being drained, so whatever happened last week seems to be over. Did my 1 km, I’m not out of breath at the end, my muscles are still in control I’m not shaking at the end. Huge improvement over 3 weeks ago. So I’m feeling good about that.
