    If it’s an alternative for you, I can recommend bicycle commuting as a fairly easy means of adding everyday moderate exercise. Despite the risk of car drivers attacking you with their vehicle, it’s healthy enough to be linked with a 47% reduction in all-cause mortality (source).

      Unfortunately, I don’t have a commute. I do all my grocery shopping on foot, though, so it could be worse.
