The official report is lunar, just replace Hamas with Israel in the following sentences :
« “By failing to condemn Hamas, Russia is giving cover to a terrorist group that brutalizes innocent civilians. It is outrageous, hypocritical and indefensible,” »
« Hamas’ actions led to the dire humanitarian crisis facing the people of Gaza. »
« “We cannot allow this Council to unfairly shift the blame to Israel and excuse Hamas for its decades of cruelty,” she said. »

Here’s the end :

He said that every Council member should understand that Hamas is driven by an ideology “no different than the Nazis”, made clear in their charter that called for “obliterating” Israel. “Hamas is not a political organization, it is a terror organization,” he said.
Ambassador Erdan called on the Council to designate Hamas as a terrorist organization, and to hold it fully and solely accountable for the situation in Gaza.
He also called on the Council to fully support Israel’s right to defend itself, and to immediately and unconditionally demand the release of all hostages.

You killed one of us because we stole your land, so we’ll kill two of you and don’t you dare say that we’re not the victims, Hamas is killing these civilians by using them as human shields, we have no other option !

Edit : As for the accusation of double standard about Russia stealing land from Ukraine :
These lands were russian&ukrainian for centuries, it’s only been a few decades that it’s seemingly impossible to be russian&ukrainian, but totally non-contradictory to be european&ukrainian apparently. Kiev is not a russian city(, don’t read old books then).
A huge part of Ukraine refuse to turn their back on their roots and be used as a tool of the n.a.t.o. against their russian sisters/brothers, that’s not the same situation.
However, in both these cases there’re solutions which would benefit both sides, and in both these cases the west is the cause of these problems.

UN Security Council resolutions require unanimity. Any permanent member has veto power (temporary rotating members do not have veto power).

Yeah I realized after I wrote it that it was only veto for the permanent powers that effectively made it unanimous consent/no objections needed. Thanks for that.
