I’m not obese or anything but the main benefit I really get from it is I’ve stopped snacking late into evening, which I think was really the unhealthy habit I had. It also helped me cut back on overeating sweets.
Only for like a week or two after I first started. There were times where I was eating a lot right before my eating window ended because I was afraid of going hungry. But the body adapts surprisingly fast. Nowadays I can sometimes even go up to 18 hours without eating when I’m busy and forget about the time.

Do you get cravings outside your 8 hour eating window?
