I don’t think he’s dense. Clearly he knows exactly what he’s done. He knows that firing people could leave them homeless or dead, and he knows that cutting off life-saving medicine has killed people and will kill many more. His basic knowledge of well known facts is there… It’s just that he’s so narcissistic that none of that matters. When other people get f***** over it’s not important. It is only his ego that matters.
Of course that’s my best guess based on his tweets and video clips. It could be that he actually is that dense.
He’s still a hero in his own mind, thinking “Can’t people see I’m trying to improve society? Sure, several million people might lose everything and maybe die, but you can’t make an omelet without breaking a few eggs. It’s for the greater good!” Now he’s shocked the few million people scheduled for demolition strongly disagree.
