I find myself less annoyed and stressed by random life events. Things still annoy me, but it doesn’t ruin my day if something goes wrong.

I reckon I’m less affected now by stuff that would upset me in the past
While there is literature on ketogenic diets and metal issues, I’ve never seen people report “keto calm” like the they do talk about carnivore calm.
