Not talking about pay harms you and benefits your employer. Don’t shy away from sharing the numbers and demand a raise if you think they are not fair.

In my experience only when you show that you are ready to leave tomorrow (potential with a competing offer on hands) do they finally consider to actually raise your salary to just barely match inflation.
I loved the writing style. It starts a bit slow and gradually picks up pace towards the end. I’m on the second book now.
