What I find really interesting here is what happens when you trace the future climate of areas that currently produce most of the food for the US. Where they end up, climate-wise, the climate seems best suited for growing chickens and cattle (neither of which can be sustained without the grain from the breadbasket), sweet potatoes, peanuts, cotton, and, well, kudzu. @climate
