The salmon has to eat it’s wild diet to give you the benefits Canned wild caught tuna is ok Cholesterol is not a diseases, but even if you thought it was you can stick with the seafood Pasta has no nutritional benefit other then providing glucose and unless you are in a starvation situation there is no need for extra glucose You can eat whole foods, anything from the edge of the grocery store

No, farmed salmon doesn’t have the omega 3s. The salmon has to eat it’s wild diet to give you the benefits
