    This one always puzzled us. Were they picking up lightbulbs for delivery, or recycling? If for delivery, they could have been more careful about packaging.

      Open box for recycling, closed box for delivery. Because usually you need to exchange them so you get a new one and they take the old one with them.

    What a fool. A hammer truck is going to pop a tire on those bulbs and cost the town millions in repairs.
