Why would he use ACP over PSL when PSL are larger and anyone paying attention can see that large numbers of protests are being driven by their organising hidden by front orgs?

If Empanada was involved with organising he’d be able to see which org is the authentically impactful one. It’s obvious if you’ve actually been involved in anything.

Obviously he has not though, or else he wouldn’t have made “don’t join a union”.

PSL doesn’t really use front orgs much. What often happens is that they end up gaining de facto ownership of existing orgs because they always show up and always put in work.

Yeah but that’s basically the same thing right? Visually it is anyway.

I know for a fact that a bunch of the Palestine organising was PSL membership organising through different orgs. The email addresses for help with travel were always PSL emails even if the org name for the protest was something else. Most people wouldn’t notice but you pick it up if you’ve been involved in orgs before.

Oh. Yeah I don’t give a shit about that lmao if using a front org is effective for a cause then do eet it’s absolutely everywhere in europe to the extent i don’t even think anyone even calls them “front orgs” but like… Subsidiaries? Sub-orgs? Affiliate orgs? Child orgs? I dunno I see loads of terms for it. It’s all the same shit I just use the most blunt explanation for everything because I’m not about sugarcoating anything.
