I don’t understand why Sergey Lavrov is in the meme.
Edit: Oh, I see. It’s a play on the meme about the US being “concerned” about Xinjiang. It has Russia taking the place of the US, and Gaza taking the place of Xinjiang. Ostensibly to demonstrate that a country that kills Muslims can still call out a genuine genocide.
