He’s been doing it long enough and successfully enough he could probably just do it completely non profit for the rest of his life and live comfortably off his savings. He doesn’t pay his mods. He does pay the actual employees a lot though afaik, like I think they divide the revenue equally because they’re in a cooperative type setup.
