I don’t understand the implication. I assume they already have wielded bioweapons against Palestine even recently, but why particularly would they be doing this stuff in the US?

They don’t mention he was Israeli until the 3rd paragraph, and mentions his French passport before his Israeli passport.
Mind you, this was sent to me by a China skeptic radlib and even he thought this was egregiously misleading.
