How do you get the top of the patties cooked without the yolks getting hard?
cook the top first, then dig out the middle with a spoon and put in the egg yolks; once the underside is charred, flip for 30s, and done.
But that pic looks like the top is raw and the yolks are already in it…
yeah! This time I cooked one side slowly, then flipped it, but I would rather do the cutout method I described in the previous comment; More consistent cooking would be good.
Why no bacon ?
