Lol, where did I say that? US intervention in a conflict like this can only lead to escalating that conflict. This is a regional dispute that the US has no business being involved with, either directly or via a proxy.
If you are interested in peace then you want the USA to stay out of it.
First this is by no means a regional conflict when they are attacking Japanese cargo ships in international waters.
Secondly the US is part of this due to our treaties with KSA. KSA was drawn into the war when the Houthi Militia started the war by attacking the legitimate government that had treaties with KSA.

I am in no means backing anyone, just simply pointing out US involvement will decrease any chance of peace because it removes the agency of all of the groups involved by letting the US decide what the next steps are.
